Urban Innovations provides air conditioning and heating service in season and as temperatures require. Adjustable thermostats provide you the ability to modify suite temperatures during standard hours of operation, after-hours and weekends. If it is felt the thermostat is not operating properly, please submit a request through the UI Service Portal.

floors 3 and 7

Urban Innovations provides air conditioning and heating service Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. unless stated otherwise in your lease agreement. Air conditioning and heating service during the evening, weekend and holidays are considered “after-hours air” and provided at your expense. You may place a request through the UI Service Portal with a minimum of 24-hours notice for weekdays and 48-hours notice for weekends. If it is felt the thermostat is not operating properly, please submit a request through the UI Service Portal.

Please note: The use of space heaters is strictly prohibited by The City of Chicago Fire Code and per your lease agreement.
